Courses Available:

Intermediate / Standard First Aid & CPR (Blended): 8 hours online + 7.5 Hours in-class(You will need to select the in-class training date when registering)

Basic / Emergency First Aid & CPR: 7.5 hours in-class

CPR/AED Level C: 5 hours in-class OR 3 hours online learning + 3 hours in-class

Basic Life Support (CPR-HCP): 4 Hours in-class

Re-certification Courses:In order to register for our recertification courses, the certificate must be valid (not expired) from Red Cross or Heart & Stroke.

Participants must have no respiratory or health concerns. If you have any concerns, consult your doctor before booking. Male participants must be clean-shaven where the mask seals. No exceptions.
